Fish & Game
Fish & Game is housed in a gorgeously renovated 19th century blacksmith's shop, in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley. The restaurant is the collaborative venture of co-chefs Zakary Pelaccio (author of Eat With Your Hands and Project258: Making Dinner at Fish & G), Jori Jayne Emde, and Kevin Pomplun, and their partner, Patrick Milling Smith. The restaurant celebrates the bounty of the Hudson Valley by offering a menu that is based on the highest quality, freshest ingredients the Valley has to offer.
The wine list has a particular focus on terroir expressive wines produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail menu focuses on both classics and on original, seasonal creations.
Fish & Game has a private dining room available for parties of up to fourteen guests. In this room, which is on the second floor of the restaurant and also serves as our wine cellar, we serve family-style meals. They typically begin with a few snacks, followed by whole or large-format, wood-oven roasted proteins with side dishes, then dessert. Various beverage and wine pairings and packages are also offered.
