Pedro Boregaard Artisan Jeweler and Sculptor
The face of Boregaard Jeweler is a gem of a shop in picturesque Narrowsburg. Its principal, Pedro Boregaard, apprenticed at Hemmerle in Munich and perfected his education in Britain to become the foreman of Tiffany & Co’s workshop and collaborating on designs with Paloma Picasso, Elsa Peretti and Angela Cummings. In 1983, the master sculptor who won numerous international awards and accolades from magazines like Harper’s Bazaar, Town & Country etc. started his own line in Manhattan, where he still keeps a studio. His bespoke pieces are also available at select jewelry stores like Jensen Stern in Ketchum ID, Darren McClung, Palo Alto, CA, Szor Collections, Dallas, TX and Reinholds, St Juan, PR.
Starting at the top, Tiffany & Company, his primary focus was the development and execution of the creations of Tiffany's star designers, Paloma Picasso, Elsa Peretti and Angela Cummings.
