In 1983, a newly married couple who frequented Windham Mountain for skiing, hiking and just a weekend getaway, decided to purchase this very piece of property. They had hopes to one day build a home on the land that they could share with their growing family. After many years, the land remained, but their family had grown. The time had come to bring everyone together.

The Woodsy Cabin Windham was built in 2014 to make memories with our family.  We've made so many amazing ones we decided to share the cabin so your family can make memories of your own!

 This cozy log cabin sits on 5 acres of wooded land and features 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 30-foot ceilings with large windows bringing the outdoors inside.  Secluded amongst the oak, sugar maples and pine trees of the Catskill Mountains, you'll be one with nature all year round.  The cabin features a wood-burning fireplace, second floor loft that overlooks the grand room, kitchen and view of the property, wrap-around deck and outdoor fire pit for beautiful evenings under the stars. 

The cabin is equipped with a washer-dryer and dishwasher for convenient clean up. Quick 7 minute drive to Windham Mountain Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Elm Ridge and Windham High Peak trails, 18 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, and a 30 minute drive to Kaaterskill Falls hiking trail through the eclectic town of Tannersville that is home to several unique eateries.Guests will have access to the entire home as well as walks/hikes through the 5 acres. In early spring and fall, there is a natural stream that runs through the land; in winter it freezes to showcase a beautiful dimension on the natural flow of the property.

Windham is a magical town, surrounded by adventure - from skiing and snowboarding, to breweries, hiking, creeks and paddling on the lake. You'll find everything you seek within a few miles.
