Coppersea Distilling is a true "grain-to-glas" farm distillery, operating an organic 75 acre farm nestled at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains. We create whisky rich with mouthfeel and depth of character from the Hudson Valley. Using Heritage Methods, we produce spirits that reflect deep terroir and hold provenance of the past.
All Coppersea's whiskies are a true expression of their raw materials and hand-crafted distilling process. Upon visiting our distillery, one can see our Heritage Methods in person which include:
