The Bolton Landing Brewing Company, which opened its completely remodeled tasting room and kitchen in 2017, is the newest craft brewery in the Lake George Area. This family-owned and operated brewery is pouring Lake George-themed beers year-round. Belly up to the bar for a Paradise Bay IPA, a Three Brothers Red Rye, a Black Mountain Coffee Porter, a Sweetbriar Belgian White, or one of many other year-round or seasonal brews. If the bar is full, bring a pint or two to one of the high-top tables that fill the pub. In the warmer months, there's plenty of outdoor seating to use while you sip!
