What They Are about
What used to be a Fire House, is now home to our wood-fired oven where our "comfort food with a flare" dishes are cooked using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farmers we admire and trust. We believe in simple yet flavorful food done well, and cocktails with minimal ingredients that inspire.
From the house-made syrups in our sodas to the Oleo Saccharum in our Ornery Old Fashioned, down to the caesar-style dressing on our Roasted Romaine, we make as much as we can right here in house - offering a little bit of something for everyone. "$6" dishes like our beloved Mac & Cheese, the Crispy Chicken Thigh, and Cuban Corn, alongside the "Not $6" dishes like Shrimp & Pineapple, Skirt Steak, and Roasted Cheese Board.
As each year passes, we grow and adapt along with the community that supports us, continually developing our menu while keeping that down-home love in everything we do!
