Located on the Esopus Creek. The setting is serene. Plenty of ducks and squirrels and birds to watch and listen to as the water slowly moves past. Kayak (you must pre-arrange to use the kayaks) or take a swim in the Esopus. There are stairs and a dock to easily get in an out of the water. Completely remodeled 1930's cottage features modern amenities all on one floor. Nicely decorated with pieces of art from Arts and Craft period through mid-century. Very homey and yet elegant. Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and has everything you need (including coffee, tea, spices and condiments). House has central heat and air as well as a beautiful gas fireplace in the living room. There is a 4 burner gas bbq on the downstairs porch and 2 kayaks (pre-arrangement is required) for paddling down the Esopus. I am a singer/songwriter and music is important to me. There is a very nice stereo system so you can listen to music in hi-def.
