Dogwood Beacon offers an eclectic and exciting menu, and there’s something for everyone. Appetizers run the gamut from Stuffed Tots (tater tots), to Tandoori Chick Peas or Thai Chili Wings, as well as more standard fare like onion rings, soups, and Bavarian pretzels. There are lots of fresh salads to choose from including Beet & Goat Cheese, Insalata Caprese, Grilled Tuna or a Bistro Salad, and others. Entrees can be meatless like Veggie Flatbread, Stir fry, Veggie Nachos, or  Mac n’ Cheese, as well as some carnivore comfort food like Chicken Pot Pie, Roast Half Chicken, and Meatloaf Dinner. There’s even a special menu for kids.

 

Then there’s the beer, but not just one or two. Dogwood has 16 beers on tap including an ever-changing array of the most exceptional craft beer from the Hudson Valley and beyond. The wine list has a great selection, and the cocktails are a mix of the traditional and the unique. Try the Winter in Cozumel or the Brain Duster to name just a couple.
