What began as a favorite food truck that offered homemade comfort foods like burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, loaded fries, and donuts soon turned into a brick and mortar luncheonette in Leeds, NY. While those dishes are still on the menu, Gracie’s has expanded to offer delicious breakfast and lunch items.
Gracie’s Luncheonette takes great pride in using the freshest local ingredients in every aspect of the menu. All bread, pastries, and desserts are made fresh on premises every day, as are all condiments and even their own American-style cheese. Beef is purchased locally for steaks and ground for their delicious burgers. Eggs, dairy, produce and other meats are sourced as locally as possible. The potatoes for the French fries are grown locally and hand cut daily. Even the soda syrups are made from scratch and to order, using organic cane
sugar and organic herbs and spices, and include no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
The food truck is still in operation and can be booked for catering.

Only 5 minutes from the NY Thruway, this is definitely worth a visit.
The fried chicken is the best around and rivals any from the Hudson Valley to NYC.
Homemade condiments, baked bread, homemade desserts, donuts and buns
Make sure to get a box of Donuts to go, we can't stress enough to put them in trunk or else half of them will not reach home.
Ask for a table by the back window and then check out the view "wow"
