Our barbeque is familiar and still unlike any barbeque you have ever had. We pay homage to the many great pit masters who have gone before us and put our own influence on every meal we serve. The approach is simple: source the best quality ingredients we can and don't mess with them too much. We cook our barbeque the old school way with plenty of wood and time, adding just the right amount of rub to let the combination of process and product evolve into something only the devil could tempt you with!

From the 'all hustle' attitude to the empowerment to be a decision maker our staff is obsessed with making your experience at HD the best it can be. 

   We understand the importance of our community and appreciate theirsupport. At Handsome Devil we strive to source local products, purchase all of our supplies locally, right down to the wood we smoke with being sourced from our local orchards who have trees that no longer bear fruit. The hard earned money spent by our customers stays right here in the Hudson Valley.
