HEBE Medical Spa

What They Are about
The world of medical aesthetics can feel like an entirely different language. Biostimulators. RF microneedling. Hormone optimization. Fractional lasers. You may know exactly what you want, or you may only know that your skin, energy, sleep, hair, or body has been feeling different lately.
Either answer is enough to begin at HEBE Medical Spa.
What makes HEBE so inviting is that you are not expected to arrive as your own aesthetic expert. Your first visit is a complimentary consultation built around conversation: what you have noticed, what matters to you, what makes you nervous, and what kind of change would still feel like you. The team explains the possibilities, considers your health history and treatment eligibility, and helps you understand where to begin.
That personal approach grew from the experiences of the two women behind HEBE. CEO Irina Damyanidu knows what it is like to eat well, exercise, run a business, and still feel as though her energy, sleep, mental clarity, body composition, and skin are changing in ways no beauty product can fully address. Medical director Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf brings the perspective of a board-certified, hospital-trained internal-medicine physician who is accustomed to looking at the whole person rather than one isolated concern.
Together, they built HEBE around a simple but fascinating idea: the things we notice on the outside do not always begin there.
For some clients, the right starting point may be wonderfully straightforward: a medical facial, a better home-skincare routine, or a plan for treating sun damage, redness, uneven tone, acne scarring, or texture. Others may explore BOTOX or Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, hair restoration, body treatments, or advanced technologies such as TotalSkin, which combines RF microneedling with fractional laser treatment to address concerns at different depths.
HEBE is especially interested in treatments that work gradually and preserve the character of the person receiving them. Biostimulators such as Sculptra, for example, are used to encourage collagen production over time rather than create one dramatic overnight change. The goal is not to borrow someone else’s face. It is to develop a thoughtful plan around your own features, priorities, schedule, and comfort level.
HEBE’s inside-out wellness services add another layer to that conversation. Following medical evaluation and laboratory testing when appropriate, clients may discuss bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight management, IV therapy, and other wellness options. These services require their own clinical assessment and will not be right for everyone, which is precisely why the consultation matters.
Men will also find far more here than a conventional facial menu. HEBE offers skin treatments, injectables, hair-restoration options, body services, and medically supervised wellness consultations with privacy, discreet scheduling, and natural-looking results kept firmly in mind.
HEBE opened its first location in Fishkill in 2018 and now welcomes clients in Fishkill, Latham, and Saratoga Springs. Each space is beautiful, but the real luxury is leaving with clarity. You may walk in curious about one treatment and discover that a simpler option makes more sense. You may learn that several concerns are connected. You may even hear that you do not need everything you thought you did.
That is where HEBE feels different. The most exciting part is not how many treatments are available. It is finally having someone help you understand which possibilities belong in your story.
Our Notes
Locations in Fiskill, Latham, and Saratoga
Begin with the conversation. HEBE offers a complimentary consultation, valued by the spa at $150. Bring what you have been noticing and what you would love to change. You do not need to arrive knowing which treatment to request.
Medical facials offer an approachable first step. If advanced aesthetics feel intimidating, ask about beginning with a customized facial and professional home-skincare plan.
Bring your entire wish list. Skin texture, pigmentation, facial balance, thinning hair, sleep, energy, body changes, and hormonal concerns can all be discussed. Some will require separate medical evaluation.
Ask what can be kept simple. The best plan is not automatically the one with the most treatments. Honest prioritization can help you decide what belongs now, later, or not at all.
Explore gradual options. HEBE places particular emphasis on biostimulators such as Sculptra, which are designed to encourage collagen production progressively rather than produce an immediate, dramatic change.
Ask about TotalSkin. This treatment combines RF microneedling and non-ablative fractional laser technology to address surface and deeper skin concerns within one coordinated session. Eligibility, recommended sessions, and recovery vary.
Do not overlook home care. HEBE considers daily skincare part of protecting and maintaining the investment you make in professional treatments.
Planning for a major event? Start early. Some treatments develop gradually over several months, while others involve visible redness, peeling, or recovery. Tell your provider about weddings, vacations, photography, and important dates.
Men have a place here, too. Consultations can include skin quality, expression lines, facial structure, hair restoration, body concerns, energy, or medically evaluated hormone health. Ask about private rooms and early or late appointments.
Inside-out wellness is medical care. Hormone replacement, peptides, weight management, and other wellness services require an individualized clinical evaluation, appropriate testing, and ongoing monitoring.
Services may differ by location. Confirm that your preferred treatment is offered in Fishkill, Latham, or Saratoga Springs before scheduling.
Ask every question. A strong consultation should leave you understanding the recommendation, alternatives, expected timeline, possible downtime, cost, and why the treatment may or may not be appropriate for you.
