New York State "Farm Brewery" producing small batches of hand-crafted ales and porters with local farm ingredients. All beers feature homegrown hops from the garden.

Honey Hollow has a Farm Brewery license, which means that at least 20% of their hops and 20% of all their other ingredients must be grown in New York State. Some of the hops are grown in the garden just outside the tasting room.
