Isaans Thai Star restaurant is the next big thing in small eateries! New to Hudson, NY this restaurant is sure to become the new hot spot. With beautiful, fresh ingredients, their authentic Thai cuisine is to die for. Everything we've ordered so far has been perfectly seasoned and beautifully plated. The portions are large enough to bring home some of that yumminess to snack on later. Located across from the 7TH Street Park it can easily be passed by, but once you know where it is, you'll stop every time.
