June Farms
What They Are about
June Farms is a gentleman's farm situated on 120 acres of picturesque and fertile land in New York's Upper Hudson Valley. It operates as a safe haven for various heritage breeds, which were prevalent before the era of factory farming and were raised by our ancestors centuries ago. These breeds include Highland cows, Shire horses, Gloucestershire Old Spot & Tamworth pigs, Nubian goats, and chickens.
Since its barn doors first opened in 2017, the farm has maintained a steadfast mission: to provide a joyful and enjoyable sanctuary for all its heritage breed farm animals and the guests who visit them.
The farm offers daily farm walks throughout the year, inviting visitors to explore the grounds and meet the pasture-raised animals.
Additionally, June Farms specializes in hosting weddings and private events, such as corporate parties, birthdays, and showers, all year round. The dedicated hospitality team arranges several beautiful and rustic farm weddings during the summer and fall, while private parties can be booked at any time of the year.
During the "in-season," which spans from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the farm is open to the public. Visitors can enjoy the rustic chic lounge known as The Pony Barn, which opens its doors to the public in the evenings during this period. Moreover, on special occasions such as holidays and select times of the year, June Farms hosts ticketed events that are accessible to the public.
