Private Rental on 10 Acres

What They Are about

Grab 18 of your closest friends and family and escape to Upstate NY.

One of the highlights of The Norsdale is the carefully curated private 4-unit motel. The “motel” consists of mono-chromatic colored rooms, known as CMYK, which pays homage to the printing industry. Each room is equipped with a king-sized bed (with Brooklinen bedding!), a full bath, a large flat screen TV and a Nespresso machine. Pick your favorite color and let the fun begin.

Just yards away from the color-themed motel is a colorful five bedroom, 2 bath house, recently renovated, and designed. The main level of the house consists of a center island custom kitchen, a large dining room and living room, a second living/family room with a wall mounted large screen TV and working fireplace. There is also a fun little bar room where you can shake up some cocktails!  Add a large wrap-a-round deck with a grill and an 8-person capacity hot tub, and you have all the amenities needed for a great getaway.

Finally, the lower level of the main house has a regulation ping pong table, washers and dryers for your convenience, and an assortment of outdoor games for your enjoyment.  Did we mention the fire pit behind the house surrounded by Adirondack chairs and log seating?
