What They Are about
Located in the beautiful Hudson Valley, home to historic inns, the country’s first wineries and a world-class culinary institute, the owners picked a perfect spot to house their craft distillery. Taconic Distilleries founders are avid outdoorsmen and women, Dutchess County residents, and bourbon aficionados, and a team of family members and bourbon lovers are running the show here.
Although the spirits at Taconic Distillery make superb straight sipping, they also make incredible cocktails. You’ll find a variety of traditional cocktails like Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, or Whiskey Sours that are made from the TD Bourbon whiskey, or Cranberry Maple Old Fashioned or Mulled Cider with Bourbon made from TD’s Maple Bourbon. Rye cocktails include the perfect Manhattan, Rock & Rye, and others, while the rum cocktails include the classic Mojito, Drunken Sailor, and Rum Flop to name a few. Our tasting room is open on Saturdays from 12 – 6 pm so stop in to find your favorites.

Bring your pup as they are dog-friendly
For $15 a tasting, you get to try a combination of their bourbon and rye products and got to keep the cutest set of glasses with their logo on the front
The bar has lots of great expensive bourbons (including pappy) on the top shelf and local bourbons from NYC area on the bottom shelf.
