The new team presents chef-inspired Farm-to-Table fine-dining, sourced locally in the Hudson Valley. Christopher Hack has created a stunning selection of homecrafted cocktails and an extensively curated wine list. Josh Rajala, CIA trained, delivers outstanding handmade food, using fresh local and often organic ingredients he has personally sourced in the Hudson Valley. A passionate foodie, Josh
continually creates his own dishes from scratch (witness his hand-made egg pasta dishes), and re-interprets and recreates the famous meals of his predecessors at the Bear Café from the 1980’s and 90’s.
