Owners Misty Hackworth and Aaron Blakely are avid fly fishermen with a lifetime of hospitality experience. They met in Brooklyn while working in the bar and restaurant business.  Misty worked for Brooklyn Brewery for 9 years while Aaron worked and managed several cocktail bars including Employees Only, Extra Fancy and Smith and Mills.

   After camping and flyfishing all over the western Catskills, they fell in love with Roscoe and kn\ew that this was where they wanted to be.  With Misty being from Texas and Aaron from North Carolina, you can expect to find plenty of southern influence on the menu.
