I love a laser. I try to get one every year, and I am not going to sit here pretending the secret to aging is water, sleep and an $11 moisturizer. Water is lovely. It has never once erased my sun damage.
Women are handed a bizarre set of instructions: age naturally, look rested, keep your skin clear, do not try too hard and, for heaven’s sake, never admit that any of this takes work. Sure. No pressure.
I do not want a different face or body. I want to look like myself on a very good morning, which is why this giveaway immediately got my attention. HEBE Medical Spa is giving one woman a completely customized Goddess Makeover worth $10,000.
That extra zero is real.
Why $10,000 changes the conversation
A prize this large lets the winner think beyond one appointment. She can sit down with a HEBE provider, explain what bothers her, ask every question she has been storing in her phone and build a plan that may unfold over time.
She will not arrive with $10,000 in store credit and start pointing at syringes. The process begins with a consultation and medical evaluation covering her skin, facial features, goals, health history, previous treatments and medical candidacy.

Depending on that evaluation, the plan could include laser treatments, radiofrequency microneedling, Botox® or Dysport®, dermal filler, biostimulators, medical-grade skincare or a combination selected for her. It could also leave several of those things out.
Honestly, that is reassuring. I would run from any place that decided what my face needed before speaking to me or, at minimum, seeing my face.
No individual treatment is guaranteed. The winner receives access to the full value, but HEBE’s providers decide with her how it can be used safely and sensibly.
Natural results still require an honest conversation
I have had enough laser treatments to know that laser is not one magic button. Different devices address different concerns, the downtime varies and your friend’s favorite treatment may be completely wrong for your skin.
My own goal is simple: I want to look fresher, not unfamiliar. HEBE describes its approach in similar terms, with an emphasis on natural beauty and plans built around the individual rather than whatever face happens to be trending that month.
That matters because aesthetic treatments can be strangely intimidating. You may know that your skin has changed without knowing whether the answer is laser, skincare, collagen stimulation, an injectable or leaving one concern completely alone. You are allowed to arrive with questions instead of a self-diagnosis and a graduate degree from TikTok.
According to HEBE’s giveaway materials, its complimentary consultation is valued at $150. A provider talks through what you have noticed, the result you want, possible downtime, cost and the order in which any recommended treatments should happen. Even if you do not win, that conversation is available without committing to a procedure.
The two women behind HEBE
HEBE was founded in 2018 by CEO Irina Damyanidu and medical director Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf, whom patients know as Dr. Z.

Damyanidu’s path to medical aesthetics was not exactly a straight line. HEBE says she was a competitive swimmer in Bulgaria who set more than 60 national records, came to the United States on a college swimming scholarship and later spent 17 years in banking. That is a great deal of discipline followed by a great deal of spreadsheets before arriving at lasers.
Dr. Z is a board-certified internist, bringing medical oversight to decisions that still have to account for a person’s health history and candidacy, even when the concern appears on the surface. Together, they have expanded HEBE to three New York locations and built its services around aesthetics, skin and broader wellness care.
What could be included in the winning plan?
The short answer is: quite a lot, but only after the consultation.
HEBE offers several types of laser treatment for concerns that may include pigmentation, redness, texture and sun damage. Radiofrequency microneedling works differently, combining tiny controlled punctures with radiofrequency energy as part of the skin-remodeling process. Botox and Dysport temporarily relax selected muscles, while filler and biostimulators address volume in different ways. Medical-grade skincare may be used to support the plan at home.

HEBE also offers TotalSkin, a treatment that combines radiofrequency microneedling with a non-ablative fractional laser in one session. The practice says it may be considered for concerns including fine lines, skin laxity, acne scarring, sun damage, uneven texture, pigmentation and enlarged pores.
None of this is a recommendation for your face—or mine. The winner’s mix will depend on HEBE’s evaluation, the treatments available and what makes medical sense for her.
